How to submit an application on CODESRIA Submission System Portal “ Step by step”
Participants can submit their applications online. This guide can help.
Please go to the main page https://submission.codesria.org/ , identify the call and click on the ‘Make a Submission’ button. The system will ask you to log in. If you already have an account, enter your login (or Email) and password, enter the security code and click on the ‘login’ button.
If you don’t have yet an account, go to the bottom of the form and click on the ’Create an Account’ link and then fill the fields (fields with * are required).
After your registration, you’ll receive an email in which you’ll need to click on the link to log in. And finally make your submission by using the + Add Application button.

Note: It is advisable to make your submission well before the deadline to have time to be assisted in case of a problem.
